I will spend some time clearing out my house and hold a garage sale. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The problem with highly educated youngsters these days are, they try to get rich before a certain age. Throwing all caution, whatever moral principles to the wind. Coming up with those complex derivative financial products, dragging everyone down with the collapse of the financial market. What next? There are more bad news coming. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Where there is a crisis, there are also opportunities. :)]]></description>
